When you book an appointment at the Studio, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

 If you or a member of your household have had Covid-19 within the past 10 days, please reschedule your appointment.

If you have had a vaccination (of any kind) you need to leave it 72 hours before having any massage treatment.

If you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms today please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. Do not attend the Studio if you feel unwell in any way.

If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason within 24 hours, we will take a 50% cancellation fee. This must be paid before any future bookings can be made. If you have proof of a positive PCR test, no charge will be made.

All treatments are now for a minimum of 45 minutes. Please be mindful of your dressing time after your appointment so that you do not run into another client’s appointment time. New clients are required to pay 50% deposit when booking their first appointment at the Studio.

The appointment price includes: Your chosen treatment, freshly laundered towels, refreshments and skincare/wellbeing prescription.

The appointment time includes: Your chosen treatment, time for dressing, time for refreshment and time for consultation.

Advance notice is often required for appointments. Deposits will be required for high value treatments. You will not find any evening appointments available on the booking link with Yvette, as she has many regular clients who book these. If you would like adding to our cancellation list, please let us know.

Please arrive at your appointment time and park outside the house, walk around the side of the garage and let yourself in at the Studio entrance. We kindly ask you not to park outside one of our neighbours houses and please do not park on the driveway leading up to the front of our house, as we do not own this land. Please try to arrive on time, not too early or too late. If you are late, please do not worry, sometimes it cannot be helped. We may need to shorten your treatment time.

Please come to the studio on your own for your appointment. Please do not bring friends or family with you. Please do not bring children with you.

We will ask you to wash your hands, or use hand sanitiser on arrival to the studio.

We wash every towel or covering that comes in to contact with you. We try to be environmentally friendly wherever possible, if you are able to bring a large and two small towels of your own to your appointment, we would be very grateful. You will receive discount off your treatment for each towel you bring.

If you have had the Covid Vaccine or have had Covid-19 and require an eyelash or eyebrow tint, you must have a new patch test 48 hours before your treatment.

Your treatment time will need to be exact so that we have time to thoroughly clean all surfaces before our next client. If you would like additional time to discuss your skin or wellbeing needs, please book additional consultation time when you book your appointment.

We offer a warm drink or bottled water to drink. Feel free to bring your own drink with you if you wish.

We will be wearing the appropriate PPE to your treatment. We will wear a clean uniform everyday. We do not think you will enjoy us wearing rubber gloves in your treatment. We will wash our hands at the beginning and end of your treatment.

We are both triple vaccinated.

All messages will be responded to as soon as possible on the same day. It may be as soon as we have finished appointments that day, as we do not answer messages or the phone during treatments and we will now be busy between appointments cleaning the studio. We kindly ask you to book and amend your appointments via our online booking system where possible or when you are visiting us a the studio.

If you have an Environ Home Needling Device, please bring it with you to your Environ Facial appointments.

Book a course of any five treatments and get the sixth free. Payment must be made in full at the first appointment.

Consultations are compulsory for every treatment. This is so that your treatment can be performed safely and effectively. All information is held confidentially and securely and will not be shared with any third parties.

 It is recommended that you turn off your mobile phone and any other electronic devices while you are at the Studio.

Due to the location of the Studio being within Yvette’s family home, we cannot guarantee peace and quiet in the evenings, weekends or during the school holidays. If you require guaranteed quiet time, we recommend you book your appointment within school hours in term time.

If you have any health concerns or are under medical supervision please let us know at the time of booking your appointment. 

Word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising. If you have enjoyed your treatment please spread the word.

We appreciate your loyalty when purchasing homecare products or gifts for others, it is greatly appreciated. We sell all of the products in the Studio 5-10% less than the recommended retail price, this is our way of saying thank you for purchasing from us.


Help us reduce the impact our Studio has on the planet and we will reward you and donate to charity.

Please bring back any Environ empty containers and we will recycle them for you. Our distributors refund us for your empty containers and we will donate this money to charity. Please read our newsletters or social media to be kept up to date with the money we have donated.

Please bring body towels along with you for your treatment and we discount your treatment.

Large Body/Beach towel = £2.00 discount.

Small Hand towel = £1.50 discount

We recommend one large and two small towels. By bringing towels with you it reduces the amount of laundry and need for electricity, plus our time it takes to wash and dry the many towels we use each day. We really appreciate your help with this.

PLEASE NOTE – we are only a small treatment Studio with many regular clients. At busy periods we sometimes need you to book a few weeks ahead. Weekends and evenings are the most popular times. If you cannot find a time to suit you, please get in touch and we will add you to the cancellation list.
