COVID-19 UPDATE – Information as of 16.10.20
Please be aware of our new guidelines that we have had to put in place in the Covid-19 Pandemic. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We only treat ladies at the Studio due to the personal and private location.
If you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms please cancel your appointment. If you have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms please cancel your appointment.
All treatments are now for a minimum of 45 minutes. Please be mindful of your dressing time after your appointment so that you do not run into another client’s appointment time.
Advance notice is often required for appointments. Deposits will be required for high value treatments, or when booking for longer than two hours.
Please arrive at your appointment time and park outside the house. Please wait in your car and we come out for you when we have sufficiently cleaned the studio from the client before you. We kindly ask you not to park outside one of our neighbours houses. The entrance to the Studio door will remain locked. Please try to arrive on time, not too early or too late. If you are late, please do not worry, sometimes it cannot be helped. We may need to shorten your treatment time.
Please come to the studio on your own for your appointment. Please do not bring friends or family with you.
Please come to the studio wearing a face mask.
We will ask you to wash your hands on arrival to the studio.
We wash every towel or covering that comes in to contact with you. We try to be environmentally friendly wherever possible, if you are able to bring a large and a small towel of your own to your appointment we would be very grateful. You will receive discount off your treatment for each towel you bring.
Please pay by card where possible to minimise the handling of cash.
We kindly ask you not to touch the products on display. If you wish to purchase one, please let us know and we will pop it in a bag for you.
Your treatment time will need to be exact so that we have time to thoroughly clean all surfaces before our next client. If you would like additional time to discuss your skin or wellbeing needs, please book additional consultation time when you book your appointment.
We have had to remove all soft furnishings from the studio. We have also had to remove our magazines and mindful colouring section. Therefore, we can no longer invite you to stay for a drink after your treatment as we need to clean all surfaces. We will now just be offering water to drink. Feel free to bring your own drink with you if you wish.
We will be wearing a mask, visor and an apron to your treatment. We will wear a clean uniform everyday. We do not think you will enjoy us wearing rubber gloves in your treatment. We will wash our hands at the beginning and end of your treatment.
We now have a QR code that is recommended for you to scan with the NHS app at every appointment. Please download the app before you arrive. This will track and trace anyone who shows symptoms and it will alert you to your phone. Let us all try to do our bit to help the government control this virus.
We book appointments no longer than 10 weeks in advance so that we can keep addressing the situation.
When we pressed pause on the 20th March we had to cancel all of the appointments in our booking system. We need you to rebook any new appointments following our new guidelines.
All messages will be responded to as soon as possible on the same day. It may be as soon as we have finished appointments that day, as we do not answer messages or the phone during treatments and we will now be busy between appointments cleaning the studio. We kindly ask you to book and amend your appointments via our online booking system where possible.
Book a course of any five treatments and get the sixth free. Payment must be made in full at the first appointment.
Consultations are compulsory for every treatment. This is so that your treatment can be performed safely and effectively. All information is held confidentially and securely and will not be shared with any third parties.
It is recommended that you turn off your mobile phone and any other electronic devices while you are at the Studio.
If you have any health concerns or are under medical supervision please let us know when you are booking your appointment. If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment please get in touch to rearrange. If you or anyone you have been in contact with has the Covid-19 symptoms please get in touch to rearrange your appointment. Our cancellation policy is no longer in place.
Word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising. If you have enjoyed your treatment please spread the word.
We appreciate your loyalty when purchasing homecare products or gifts for others, it is greatly appreciated. We sell all of the products in the Studio 5-10% less than the recommended retail price, this is our way of saying thank you for purchasing from us.
Help us reduce the impact our Studio has on the planet and we will reward you.
Please bring back any Environ empty containers and we will recycle them for you. 1 empty = 1 point – 10 points = £5.00 treatment voucher.
Please bring body towels along with you for your treatment and we discount your treatment.
Large Body/Beach towel = £2.00 discount.
Small Hand towel = £1.00 discount.
For Facials and Body treatments we recommend one large and one/two small towels. For Manicures and Pedicures we recommend one/two hand towels. By bringing towels with you it reduces the amount of laundry and need for electricity, plus our time it takes to wash and dry the many towels we use each day. We really appreciate your help with this.

PLEASE NOTE – we are only a small treatment Studio with many regular clients. At busy periods we sometimes need you to book a few weeks ahead. Weekends and evenings are the most popular times. If you cannot find a time to suit you, please get in touch and we will add you to the cancellation list.
